Sparsholt College is set in picturesque Hampshire countryside. Here is part of the campus seen from our accomodation block.
Friday 10th to Sunday 12th April 2015.  BAA Winchester Weekend.

This is an annual event  and this year we had several lectures,  some large telescopes, trade stands, a misplaced camera and a few other minor problems  (Don't ask!)

Six members of DAS, five of whom travelled for the most part together from Dundee, with the sixth meeting them at Edinburgh airport, were among the over 200 people who were at Sparsholt College for the event.

Lectures throughout the weekend were varied and interesting while some were extremely humerous and well received by all.
